How your order is shipped
Shipping costs: € 4.50 per order (Netherlands and EU). For orders of € 150.– or more we ship free of charge.
Carrier: PostNL — track & trace is automatically sent by e-mail as soon as your parcel leaves the lab.
Delivery times: Orders placed before 16:00 on working days are processed the same day. Netherlands usually within 24–48 hours, EU 2–5 working days. Stated times are indicative.
Discreetly packaged: all products are packaged neutrally and with temperature sensitivity (cooling element for pen variants). Shipping risk lies with Peptidemeester until delivery to the specified address.
Not at home? PostNL automatically offers a second delivery attempt or collection at a nearby PostNL point.
What can and cannot be returned?
- Unopened vials, peptides and accessories
- Within 14 days of receipt
- Original seal intact (box, flip-off cap, blister)
- After written confirmation by e-mail
- Ready-to-use (pre-filled) pens — also non-cancellable after ordering
- Nasal sprays & research solutions (spray) — excluded for hygienic reasons
- Opened vials, peptides or BAC-water
- Products with a broken seal
- Punctured flip-off caps or used syringes
- Sale items & special offers — incl. TikTok Live sales, Instagram Live promotions, WhatsApp community deals, flash sales and 1+1 free promotions
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For approved returns of unopened products, the customer arranges shipping themselves. Refund will follow within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return, via the same payment method.
Register a return in 3 steps
- 1E-mail us within 14 days
Send an e-mail to peptidemeester@proton.me with your order number and which product(s) you wish to return.
- 2Wait for our confirmation
Within 12 hours (working days) you will receive a return confirmation with the return address. Never send a parcel without this confirmation — otherwise we cannot process it.
- 3Ship it & we refund you
Ship the unopened product at your own cost with track & trace. Once we have received and inspected the return (max 5 working days), we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered?
If upon arrival you notice transport damage or receive a wrong product? Then e-mail us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label to peptidemeester@proton.me. We will replace free of charge or credit the full amount including shipping costs. No hassle, no dispute.
